[Main duties]
[Construction Work Management > On-site Construction Management]
Opening a field office, managing joint contracts, reviewing construction-related permits and regulations, preparing/filing reports, and submitting (amended) construction commencement reports.

[Construction Work Management > Budget Management]
Establishing an execution budget, changing an execution budget

[Construction Work Management > Contract Management]
Managing contracts, reporting status, and making design changes

[Construction Work Management > Subcontract Management]
Placing orders, selecting subcontractors, reporting contracts/ordering parties, changing subcontractor contracts, and making subcontractor payments and settlements

[Construction Work Management > On-site Completion Management]
Conduct preliminary completion inspection, complete construction, report project completion, demolish and restore the on-site office, and take over and hand over the facilities.
- Advanced level of Office Excel and information processing skills, CAD user skills
