2.절임이 완료된 배추를 3단 세척후 완제품이 가능하도록 배추 꼭지 절단및 정선, 선별 작업을 합니다.
3.무 세척후 제품 생산이 가능하도록 껍질 제거및 손질 작업.
4.그외 김치 생산에 필요한 부재료 세척및 손질작업.
5.작업이 모두 끝난 후 작업장 안밖 청소.
