1. 플라즈마 용사 코팅 로봇 장비 운영
2. 코팅 전,후 처리

6축 로봇 프로그래밍 및 장비 운용 , 설비 정비&점검 업무

상세 업무 :
●마스킹 (코팅면 오염물 제거를 위하여 코팅영역을 제외한
영역 마스킹테이핑 작업
●샌딩 (샌딩기를 이용하여 고압으로 코팅면 제거)
●APS (대기플라즈마코팅) 코팅 -> 각 제품의 Spec에 맞는
파우더를 투입하고 Plasma를
발생시켜 파우더를 녹여 제품 코팅면에 용사하는 작업
●코팅 영역과 마스킹 영역 경계면에 불균일하게 코팅 된 것을
부드럽게 제거(사상작업)



기계 조작 능숙자 우대,
수공구 조작 능숙자 우대.
경력자 우대
