삼포산업(주) 음성공장에서 저주파 용해/주조 생산직 모집합니다.
1. 업무 및 모집 내용
- 동파이프 생산 용해, 주조 업무
- 경력 무관 하나, 경력 우대
- 차후 용해/주조 조장급으로 육성
- 지게차 자격증 보유 우대, 자차 보유 필수(통근 버스 없음)
- 지게차 무면허자의 경우 지게차 면허 취득 지원(원서비용)
2. 임금조건
- 시급 12,000원 이상 임금 협의진행
- 교대근무 (잔업있음, 중식/석식 근무인정 : 용해/주조 근무시)
- 잔업수당, 토요근무 및 휴일근로, 심야수당 별도 지급
3. 복지사항
- 분기별 생산 성과에 따른 보너스 지급 (분기 최대 37.5%, 년 최대 150%)
- 반기 또는 연말 성과급 별도(0~150%)
- 명절 상여금 지급 (500,000원 이내 차등지급)
- 경조휴가 및 경조금 지급, 하기휴가(유급3일)제공, 연차휴가 및 연차수당 지급
- 생일자 농협 상품권 지급 / 장기근속자(10년/20년/30년/40년/50년) 포상금 지급
- 상/하반기 회식
